This place is an old favorite of mine. Not the absolute best food in the world, but pretty good southern cooking.

The inside looks like an old 50's diner.

David came along with us again on this one.
Valentina and I had fried chicken strips, mashed potatos, and green beans. mmm....
David had the fried catfish, okra and tomatos, and squash casserole.
Afterwards there was cherry cobbler for dessert.. mmMmmmmm!
And a little something to go, for lunch the next day. :)

Ok... so.. many of our dinners seem to end up with little shopping forays afterward.
Valentina and David decided to help me out with a little project I'm doing for work, so off to the craft store we go.
I'll post pictures of that next week, once we get everything set up at work.
And THIS is what happens when two hammy actors find the silly hats section of the Michael's....
Of course they get me to participate.. I look like I'm high.
In case you missed our rousing (ha!) entry about Vajazzling several weeks ago, David made a design suggestion if Valentina was thinking about vajazzling her hooha. lol
